About me
I am a certified Social Panorama Consultant (2013, 2014, 2015) and a Mental Space Psychology (MSP) practitioner (2024).
I am also an NLP trainer, a Mindfulness practitioner, and a facilitator of Metaphorical Associative OH Cards.
As a business trainer and coach, I have been successfully integrating my knowledge, expertise for 27 years in training and consulting processes, focusing on:
Management, Leadership, Negotiation techniques, Team building, Effective communication, And personal growth.
My main goal is to help people, managers, business owners and their teams develop in their personal and professional areas.
I first encountered Social Panorama in 2013 during Lucas Derks' seminar in Kyiv.
Inspired by its innovative approach, I began applying and teaching the methodology to myself and my clients.
In 2014 and 2015, I organized Social Panorama training and MSP training in 2024 in Lithuania.
I also established and continue to manage the Facebook page "Social Panorama Lithuania," which has been active since 2014.
MSP knowledge complements my practice, helps me and my clients to strengthen self-confidence,
improve communication skills and achieve both personal and professional goals.
I believe that MSP is still in its early stages of application and holds immense potential for further development.

I got acquainted with Social Panorama in 2013 at the Lukas Derks seminar in Kyiv. I applied it in my work with clients and practiced it myself. In 2022, I became a Social Panorama consultant and also participated. at the MSP seminar.
